ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
PT KRAKATAU STEEL (PERSERO) TBK FISCAL YEAR of 2012

JAKARTA - Annual General Meeting of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk (the "Company") fiscal year of 2012, which was held on Thursday, 23rd May 2013 in Gran Melia Hotel, Mutiara Ballroom, Jakarta, authorized and approved:
1. Approve the Company’s Annual Report Fiscal Year of 2012 that included the Company’s Activity Report, BOC Supervisory Report and Ratification of Financial Statement of the Company ended on 31st December 2012 and Approval and Ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements of the Partnership and Community Development Program Fiscal Year of 2012.
Approved:

a. Consolidation Financial Statement fiscal year ended on 31st December 2012, audited by Accountant Public Firm Purwantono, Suherman & Surja, A Member of Ernst & Young Global Limited, with reasonable (qualified) opinion in all material respect as stated n report No.: RPC-3517/PSS/2013, dated 11th April 2013. Provide full release and discharge (volledig acquit et de charge) to every member of the Boar of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the Company’s management and supervisory actions that have been undertaken during the financial year ended 31st December 2012 as far as those actions are reflected in the Financial Statements of the Company and do not violate applicable laws and regulations.

b. Financial Statements of the Partnership and Community Development Program which has been audited by the public accounting firm Syarief Basyir & Partners, A Member of Russel Bedford International, with a reasonable (qualified) opinion in all material respects, the financial position of the Partnership and Community Development Units of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk as at December 31 2012 and the statement of activities and cash flows for the year ended on such date in accordance with report No.: RBI/113.012 dated 18th February 2013. Provide full release and discharge (volledig acquit et de charge) to every member of the Boar of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the Company’s management and supervisory actions that have been undertaken during the financial year ended 31st December 2012 as far as those actions are reflected in the Financial Statements of the Partnership and Community Development Program and do not violate applicable laws and regulations.

2. Establish Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the year 2013 is set equal to the 2012 fiscal year.

3. The appointment of Public Accountant Firm to audit the Company’s Financial Statement for the fiscal year of 2013 and the Company’s Financial Statement of the Partnership and Community Development Program for fiscal year of 2013.

a. The appointment of the Public Accounting Office of Purwantono, Suherman and Surja, A Member Firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited, to audit the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2013 Fiscal Year and the Company’s Financial Statements of the Partnership and Community Development Program for the 2013 Fiscal Year.

b. Giving authority to the Board of Commissioners to establish the additional scope of audit work and additional of the amount of audit services for the appointed public accounting firm, as long as needed for specific actions the Company.

4. Delegate the authority to the Board of Commissioners to implement a change in the Articles of Association of the Company ’s issued and paid-up capital increase, within framework of the implementation of the Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) program.

5. Reports of the Use of Proceeds from the Initial Public Offering and approve the partly changes of the use of proceeds from the initial public offering.

a. Received and Approved Report of Use of Proceed from the Initial Public Offering of the Company.

b. Approved the changes in the use of excess from the initial public offering (IPO) amount to Rp 3.183 billion for additional working capital of the Company, with the consideration for the preparation of the land area approximately 388 acres used by the Company as an investment in the Integrated Steel Plant Project, PT Krakatau Posco has been completed.

6. Approved the validity of:

a. Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprise Number: PER-15/MBU/2012 regarding General Guidelines of the State-Owned Enterprise Procurement of Goods and Services, as a reference for the Board of Directors in setting the terms of the Company procurement of goods and services.

b. Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprise Number: PER-12/MBU/2012 regarding Supporters Organs Board of Commissioners / Board of Trustees of State Owned Enterprise.

7. Changes in the management structure of the Company.

1. Changes in the management structure of the Company. With a change in the composition of the Company management, then the composition of the board of commissioners / directors of the   Company are as follows:
